Our company ordered from them twice and moved past them. The packing on the pallets on one load were questionable at best (leaning and heavy items on top crushing items below), the products were dirty (by the time we unloaded items off the pallets we were filthy) and had several items were outdated. Talked with customer service, told we would get a call back and a refund. Neither happened. In calling back would get put on hold, shuffled around and never did get to anyone who could remedy the situation. Too many other suppliers out there to deal with this unappreciated customer service. They do not realize without customers they do not have a job.
