I had two KIA soul recalls… but I was very pleased with the whole experience from getting greeted from my car to the videos of the progress and getting recommendations via text. Reasonable pricing but I will say keep an eye out on the pricing you get with recommendations and updates with what they charge you at the end. Overall I’ll be going back because I felt very knowledgeable about what was going on with my car! Huge shout out to the folks servicing the cars for making the videos! Thank you everyone for a great experience!

After researching the Kia Sorento Hybrid I was able to find one available at Bob King. I am fully aware of the shortage as a consumer as there are only a few of the Hybrids listed in NC for availability. We made an online contact and Charles Westbrook replied. We were made aware up front that the car was to be delivered to the dealership within a week. We let Charles know that we were not consumers that haggle and we requested an estimate for trade in and sale. We were happy with the numbers so we made a small refundable deposit. We were emailed our receipt and waited for contact that the car was there. We are patient buyers especially in times like these and thankfully the car came in before expected. We arrived at the dealership and met Charles and the financing staff. There were no surprises based on our original online numbers. Charles was very easy to work with throughout the entire process. We received the car we were looking for at the price quoted with fast friendly service. The car exceeded our expectations and our sales experience was personable. The milage pictured is from driving conservatively and was 96% highway.

I purchased my first kia! Words cannot express how happy I am.. but I will use ecstatic for now! This was by far the greatest experience I've ever had shopping for a car.
