For $25, there isn't a better full-service car wash out there! It's a little way out for me, but so worth it. I've easily spent this much or more to have my car washed and cleaned inside and out throughout different places in the Triad and have always been disappointed. The drive-thru car washes tout fancy add-ons and such but always leave dirty spots on my car and then other places that have folks hand wipe usually charge a little more for those additional details. At Marco's, they run it through their car wash and hand-wipe your car at the end. Additionally, they clean and vacuum the inside of your car as well. It's always such a thorough job! Fortunately, I'm on maternity leave right now so I've got the time to pick odd hours to take my car in, which is great because the wait is less. During their busiest hours, the line can be insanely long and can take hours to get in. The inside waiting area of their shop also has things you can buy like snacks, ice cream, car accessories, and gift cards. A nice touch and makes a lot of sense!

Unprofessional and ok quality, at best. I was recommended here by a friend and I guarantee you I will not be back. I dropped off my car to have it washed and vacuumed this morning (paid for the platinum service) and told them I’d be back this afternoon. I came back to a car that was still dirty. The side of the door didn’t even appear to be wiped down (photo 1) and still had dirt on it that I wiped off with my hand. There was some sticky substance on my sunglasses holder and there were these white spots on 3/4 windows and on the windshield. After seeing some of these issues I tipped accordingly and was flipped off as I was leaving. Definitely don’t recommend this place unless you want a semi-clean car for around $25!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! - ZERO STARS!! (i had to give one to submit this post) I never do reviews on places but my experience was SO BAD and infuriating that i had to share. Background story: I arrived at work this morning at 8am and parked in my usual spot (underneath a tree). Side note: I drive a WHITE GMC DENALI. We have noticed recently there have been a TON of birds flying around our office buildings (off Miller St, WS). At 10:40am that same morning, I walked down to my car to find it was COMPLETELY covered with bird droppings, like 100's of bird drops. The tree above my car had hundreds of birds perched in it. I had to duck and cover my head just to get in my car and I could still hear the bird droppings hitting my car even after i had gotten in. Obviously with my car covered in bird droppings (barely could see out of my front window), I decided to take my car directly to the car wash (Marco's). As i pulled up to the entrance, and got ready to get out of my car, the OWNER walked up. I went on to tell him this had happened this morning, story above etc. Well, the OWNER proceeded to tell me that this had been there for "a while" and that "this did not happen this morning". He even scratched the bird droppings (to try and prove his point) and said, "see it's dry", "I know my business". Clearly, he doesn't know his business! I WAS SHOCKED that I was being called a liar. Why would i lie about something like this???? He was completely rude and had an attitude with me through the entire conversation. It is BEYOND offensive and infuriating that a business (ESPECIALLY THE OWNER) would actually treat someone like this! There is NO excuse for how he treated me. I told him i would be taking my business elsewhere and would NEVER be back. So, i went right down the street to ZIPS and they proceeded to give me 2 car washes for FREE! And thanks to ZIPS, my car looks amazing again! Replying: AGAIN, I am still being called a liar over this entire situation. The owner clearly DOES NOT value his customers and is NEVER WRONG! Just an FYI Marco, I live in a townhome and park in a GARAGE EVERY NIGHT so, sorry, it’s not possible for this to have happened over night!! You completely offended me so of course I am going to drive off and take my business elsewhere. I’ve also included another picture of a different car in the same parking lot I park in from the SAME DAY! My car was 10x worse than this by the way! I took this after I returned from my Marco experience. Gladly Zips was able to get every bit of the bird droppings off my car...FOR FREE!
