I quit going to sams because they refuse to keep their window washing stations properly maintained at the gas pumps. There is never any window washing fluid in the reservoirs or any paper towels. I have called the corporate office and complained and have brought it to the attention of the attendants as well as the manager. I believe they are intentionally leaving them empty in order to force you into their car wash. I’m done!!!!

The employees were very helpful and great! The manager Kenny met me at the kiosk and was very knowledgeable and explained the car washes to be. All employees went above and beyond! I will definitely be coming back!

First and last time visiting, no towels no employees to apply tire shine completely after machines miss spots. Employees had attitudes when I asked for a towel to dry and finish cleaning the car. They also ignored me when I tried to ask about tire shine. Pete with blue/green hair was not friendly.
