Do NOT go here for service! First they charge $105 to do a diagnostic, and when I asked to see the printout of the diagnostic work, I never got it. They kept my car for a week after I was supposed to have an appointment!! Then, when they realized the price would be $700, they QUICKLY got my car ready and then tried to do "other" repairs! NOOOOOO!!!! Don't waste your time... A BIG, BIG, RIP OFF!! Shame on youuuuuuu.....😡🤬

I was referred by another mechanic to repair a bad connector. I asked the receptionist for an estimate, and was told that they had a 14k diagnostic, and that they had two mechanics drive my car around, and one examined my car's activity on a computer. I later found out that was her way of saying that they were going to charge me $100 to tell me what I had just told the receptionist. I gave her the keys, and an hour later, the mechanic told me what the supercomputer had told him, that I had previously told the receptionist, that the previous mechanic had told me, and that it would cost $100 to repair. An hour later, they told me that repairs would cost $237 (I think they originally quoted me $277). When I asked him why it was that much, he repeated back to me what the mechanic had told me, that the supercomputer had told him, and that I had told the receptionist, that the previous mechanic had told me. When I stared at him blankly, he said, "This is for your information.". Finally, he walked off, muttering, "He expects me to do $200 of work for free," even though he hadn't done the work. After emptying my bank account, my wallet, and borrowing $20, they let me have my keys back, and my check engine light came on after 20 minutes. I went to my previous mechanic, and he told me to go back, and get a waiver. Not only did they refuse to give me a waiver without having $200 more work done, they refused to fix their bad repair work, saying, "That must not have been the problem.". So the problem that the previous mechanic had told me, that I had told the receptionist, that the supercomputer had diagnosed, and their mechanic had told me, was not actually the problem. When I took it back to the previous mechanic, he got an electrical shock when he tried to touch the work the mechanic had done. Luckily, I was able to give the receipt they had given me to another inspection station, and got my waiver. But, if after reading this, you still want to bring your car to this place, all I can suggest is that you empty your bank account, your wallet, and flush it down their toilet, and leave. At least that way, they can't waste your time.

Douglas does not sell cars we have a service relationship with a local dealer. Those are the cars you see on our lot
I have little doubt they could help you out, and the extra troubleshooting you've laid out here would help them find the issue. It's likely not a one day quick fix but i'm not sure, so an appointment would be great.
Douglas sells both new batteries and reconditioned. The new automotive carry a 2 year full replacement warranty And I even put a 60 day warranty on the reconditioned
