I have had 3 appointments to get a recall done with University Parkway Service. 3 times they did not have the parts after scheduling the appointment specifically for the recall and letting scheduler know previous problems. Today I went for my 4th appointment. I had scheduled specifically with the manager due to all of the previous issues. Upon arrival 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment Manager reported he didn't see an appointment he scheduled 2 weeks prior. Once I reminded him of the situation he remembered and reported that he had just left the ticket open and had the paperwork right beside him. I asked him if he was still going to honor my 4th advance scheduled appointment. I would be waiting for the work to be done. He stated he would but it would also take about 2 hours for the work. I was fine and expected that. I did not however expect that an hour and 10 minutes later my car would still be in the lot. I had to take a phone call and happened to see it just sitting there. When I confronted the manager he stated that he agreed that he would "work me in". He 100% did not say that but that he would honor my appointment. I work and make appointments for a reason. I have tried and tried here but the manager is not capable of simply making an appointment and keeping it. None of the customers in the overpacked lobby were happy. I would not recommend this service department to anyone. Terrible customer service, responsibility or accountability to the customer.

Flow Honda at Northpoint has been taking care of my cars for several years. The customer service is superb and they never let me down. They keep my car in proper running order - and it has never left me on the side of the road. They are knowledgeable, reliable and know their business. They even take are of my father's Toyota - though it's not their usual task. After repeated bad experiences with the local Toyota dealer, they graciously agreed to help us with this vehicle. We highly recommend their service.

I contacted the dealership before driving down there and spoke to Shannon. She was super helpful and never seemed bothered by my many phone calls and questions. When I arrived I was greeted by Ms. Hamilton she had the car I wanted to test drive ready for me. She also helped me get all of the discounts I could and was very professional. They whole staff was friendly and helpful. My car was detailed before I left the lot. I drove over an hour just to come to this dealership!
