Nick was very nice and greeted us at the door. He explained the layout and told us to let him know if we had any questions. Perfect customer service! Unfortunately, they didn’t have what I needed and what they did have was a little pricey and more often than not, it was damaged.

I went with my presents to the Tony store man with his puff and the leather was ripped. Worse customer service and the top to mattress was faded. Recommend the 8 weeks refund? Good quality and profesinalissism

I had the worst experience of a life time with sales rep Carole Ijames. After purchasing a dining table from this rep. I called her the next day about delivery. She spoke like it was a personal call with no professionalism. I returned to the store for another purchase a few days later and asked the desk clerk not to call her over. She came over anyways and started the same disrespecting tone. I asked her to leave my presents. She did but announced on the floor in a loud street voice for me to leave the store and never to return for saying a curse word. She's the only one to hear that , which she was 20 ft away. After shopping here for 15 yrs and spending thousands of dollars. I'll never will shop thee and ill tell anyone i meet to do the same.

I bought a table set before at Colfax, and I didn't notice the table was actually damaged and reconditioned until I disassembled the table when I move my house. I surprisingy found the one joint of the legs were actually broken and they re-glued the broken part. It is difficult to notice it since the joint is facing inside and under the table. I was never told by the sales when I purchased it. It makes sense now why they have a workshop attached to their warehouse. You may get some damaged or reconditioned furniture. Be cautious to buy from them.
