The sales associate was nice and polite. Willing to answer questions I had for her. On the other hand my interaction with the owner was horrendous! He demanded that I sit up on some furniture I was testing out. He said he was running a business and I'm making it look like a motel. New furniture is not cheap and if I am going to pay that kind of money then I want to know that its going to be comfortable. I feel totally belittled and disrespected. Ken Lu Furniture will not be getting business from me. I will take my money where it is appreciated.
