Unfriendly price bias to depends on who you are...very cheaply made furniture at high price. Don't waste your time or money. Chairs broke in a month. Chips scrapes in kitchen set and end table fell apart.

Bought a very nice dresser and had it delivered, as my daughter was starting to put her clothes into it she saw a pair of children's under ware stuffed behind one of the drawers. In another drawer, she found a tooth. I called the store and told them what we had found. The manager told me all the merchandise is new and they would like a picture sent to them of the items found. I pressed him on the new issue and he just kept assuring me they don't sell used items. I asked him how the underpants and tooth got in the dresser and he said they could order me a new dresser. I told him they should tell people if it's used furniture and proceeded to ask if it had been cleaned up, wiped down and precautions taken before it was delivered to me because of Covid, not to mention a whole host of other things. He kept insisting they do not sell used items. Needless to say, EGO Home Furniture in Winston-Salem lies to its customers and OBVIOUSLY sells used furniture without disclosing it as such. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB!

This is The WORST FURNITURE STORE we order our pieces back in Black Friday and as of this day in January 20th we still have no news on any of the furniture, all that they keep on saying is that "it'll take 2 more weeks" and this has been happening every single time we call or go to the store, also the contracts that you signed for credit is awful and we're now considering suing this store for not following the agreement that we have settled upon, please if you're looking to but your furniture DO NOT BUY UT HERE, IT'S A SCAM and definitely not worth it
