OCTA is one of my favorite theatres in the KC Metro. There are a variety of shows. And it is an affordable community theatre.

Mike is correct. Snacks and drinks are available. Seats are the old style theatre setting.

Usually. It doesn't hurt to call ahead, especially for really popular shows. 😊

Just wondering if there are any workshops or classes that are available in the evenings? I am looking to re-enter the theater community and begin fueling and working on my true dreams again! Hoping to hear back soon!

I haven't heard that OCTA has offered classes. However, you might want to express your interest on their website: www.olathetheatre.org. They put notifications on the site for auditions. Maybe they instruct those who are cast members.

Wondering if the theater has wheel chair seating? Or do they sit up front? Also wondering if i already bought group seats but have another person wanting to join our group can i get another ticket at group price?

Hi Amy, we do have seating up front for guests using wheel chairs. And if you have to add to group seats, just let us know. We'll help you out as long as tickets are still available!

Sorry...just saw this! Industry night is the same as our regular shows. House opens at 7:30 and curtain is at 8:00.
