The workmanship was excellent and the cost was right in line with what my insurance company’s comprehensiveness coverage was willing to pay for the repair. We have had shocks and an alternator replaced on a Honda Element, and brake pads and rotors replaced on a Honda Pilot. They are quick to diagnose problems, do quality work and have fair pricing. They also stand behind their service and parts. Timmy Mickey has been my contact and he is very professional and conscientious. Pat's can do anything from body shop to servicing your vehicle.

Early March had my vehicle at this repair shop. When I got my vehicle back, I had noticed that my center console had been gone through. Also, noticed my cell phone charging cord and my pocket knife was missing when I got my vehicle back. Wasn’t going to write a review but I got a email wanting a survey but no where to leave a comment. Not too big of a deal. Folks just don’t leave anything in your vehicle you don’t want missing. God forbid my vehicle need body repair in the future. I won’t let it turn me away. Office personnel is great.

I went in for a muffler replacement coz it was torn and it was touching the ground while driving i went in to show DUSTIN( recommended by my uncle coz he said he was the best in the place). He just took one look at it and told me its not worth for a replacement ill just fix it real quick and fixed it in 10 mins also, showed him my bumper which was almost coming out he fixed the entire thing and took NOTHING from me. I was so shocked. I think this place and the people deserve a 5 star for such service and such genuine suggestions and also to be so generous to not even take money. Omg. I suggest go to DUSTIN hes the BESTTTT!!!! At service and at heart :) thanks DUSTIN i really wish i could pay you back.
