Our daughter Gretchen has been taking swim lessons off and on at Salem Gymnastics &Swim for several years. She actually started in the parent & baby class at 6 months old and did that for a year. At age 3 she started group lessons. She is now 5 years old, loves the water and is gaining new skills every week. The instructors are great and everyone is so friendly!

We have been involved in Swim class since our son was 7 months old. Now at 3 1/2 years old we feel confident in our sons swimming abilities and look forward to him joining swim team this summer! All of the instructors are so professional and caring! I highly recommend! I must also add that we have been so thankful for the FREE conscious discipline class that Salem has offered! These extras really make the Salem Gymnastics community feel like a family.

Our daughter is enrolled in the group swim lesson for 3months-1.5 years. We absolutely love the class! It’s such a fun activity to do on a Saturday and it’s a wonderful skill to learn. All of the teachers are excellent. It’s been the best experience.

We love Salem Gym and Swim! Our oldest participates in the gymnastics and swim programs and we have been so happy with the progress she has made and how wonderful the staff are with her. My youngest participates in swimming with Miss Alexis and has improved so much during her class. She was so patient with her and made sure she felt confident in the water.

Great question! Starting at 3 months, Water Babies is a non-submersion class designed to teach you and your baby safety skills, gain confidence, and acquire balance that aids in future swimming and accelerates academic success. It’s a fantastic way to bond with baby while laying a foundation for safety and swimming. Parent/tot gymnastics begins at age 1, giving toddlers a head start in fitness and social development. Through the help of our staff, you can teach your child to explore the world around him in new and exciting ways. Come and see!
