This was our second class at Fig, and certainly not our last! Our first class was Summer in Provence and the next was Mexican spice. Take a group of strangers, give them doable, user friendly recipes and you get a wonderful evening. We came together as strangers and left as new friends, with new insights, new flavors and new skills. Heide is wonderful! Her insights shed a new light on cooking and enjoying food. Her warm inviting nature makes Fig's classes wonderful!

Due to demand, we focus more on savory cooking than on baking, but we often incorporate desserts into our classes!
