Front office receptionists nice been over two weeks still waiting on paperwork for our orientation worker said we would have our paperwork within 2weeks? 9/8/2022 still no letter date for orientation!!

We've been very pleased with Charleston housing, Until here recently we have been having issues with our air conditioner and my wife has asthma and can't be in the heat where she can't breathe. We have left multiple messages and multiple emails to get it fixed with no reply back. We also just got a letter in the mail stating stating that we have not paid rent since we moved in which is not the truth. We have our receipts and we had put them in the Dropbox where the old mailbox used to be but but we were told today by the maintenance man there was no Dropbox there and we had to speak to somebody else. I recently found out that I'm having health issues where I can't get up and move very much, Which makes it hard to get anything done and the phone numbers I keep calling don't get to. So I'm sending out an SOS to somebody for help because because me and my family cannot be evicted from our home for false allegations.

You should have access to it. It's your file. 11/2021 I have a request in for my files. I can't wait to see what's missing or what's been altered. 12/21 ACLU picked up a copy of my file with multiple leases in 6 YEARS after several calls, they had to pop up on them like I use to do when they wouldn't respond to my calls or emails.
They do have them but I don't know if any is available

Is there no obligation by this agency to respond to the Customer Satisfaction Surveys they mail out? Who picks what questions are to be answered? Obviously, if my name is on it, there's going to be an issue because of me holding them accountable on all levels. 11/2021 After the Board was notified, I can't get a response? I added another one they can't find for July 2020... 12/2021 No answer because of pending Human Rights case. What's the excuse prior to them getting involved? File 13???

You can get out of the lease with a medical release. The stress of living under duress will free you. They never share anything helpful with you.
Are you aware that "housing" refers to assistance with rent regarding low income apartment complexes or HUD?
