This UPS is not even trying. After a week of "address not valid" and multiple delivery attempts I find out that the driver made an error and has been going to the wrong street. I GUESS THEY DONT DRUG TEST HERE. Now I have to pay to pick up my package. So why did I pay for prime shipping? Last week I had to drive to their warehouse to sort out my own mail. Why am I paying twice when I have to do their job. After hours of being on the phone on top of that. CITY NEEDS TO SHUT THIS DOWN. CALL THE BBB please. YOUR BEST BET IS CALLING CORPORATE.

Idk they were pretty nice to me and all my packages were in good shape. Had over 5 grand in computer parts that seemed to survive in their boxes.

I'm disabled and driver wouldn't bring my pkg.to porch because he's scared of dogs. I understand that. I told him he needs to find different job!! Put pkg in yard.

They have 1 of my packages since the 14th I want to know the delivery date keeps changing on packages the one they received on the 14th shows out for delivery every day then by 8 pm it changes to weather delay or unexpected delay the sun has bee

Has anyone ever had two packages supposed to been delivered 7 minutes apart but only one showed up but both was marked delivered?? Now I'm all over trying to find my second package no where to be found...

My package says it was delivered and a truck never went by the house I got security cameras all around the house that proves that there wasn't even by the house at the time it says it was delivered

I have a package that I'm tracking it says it was delivered yesterday around noon or so. I was outside when the driver came past my house he did not leave anything outside by my door. That did not happen. How do I find out where my package is

800-PICK-UPS. Could have been delivered to the post office then the PO completes the delivery. Called "surepost"

I'm at work and my package was attempted to be delivered extreamly early. I typically have it when I get off work at 5pm and had no way of knowing it was going to be that early. Am I able to pick the package up at the distribution center after 5?

Yes they're open until 7pm.

So I go down to ups at 3100 maccorkle ave se to pick up a package and there is a note on the door saying as of 12/18 they are open 4-6 so why are they still saying their hours are 12-7

Well even if they were open from 12 to 7 you still wouldnt have been able to get your package. But besides that poimt they dont really control what google says their hours are. And i think its just temporary right now
