The most pleasant stay I've had in a hospital so far, and the nurses and doctors and staff are wonderful. Very professional.

My experience with this provider was great. Everyone in scheduling was courteous and helpful. Telephonic communications with the advice nurses were timely and informative. On the day of my procedures the nurses and doctor Young were courteous and professional and very open and informative. I know that there are some negative reviews on this site, but my experience from start to finish was excellent.(PS- And I rarely write reviews.)

I don't normally leave reviews, but I wanted to add another positive review, as I have had nothing but good experiences here with Dr Vorlop, Chen in the infusion room, and the front desk staff. Very surprised at the number of negative reviews.

They called me an hour before my scheduled televisit time. I was working and planned to be available at the time it actually was scheduled. Then I scheduled my colonoscopy/endoscopy, they told me I would be contacted to get a covid test three days before my test. My test was on a Monday, so I called the Thursday afternoon because I hadn’t heard a word from them. I was then told I wasn’t on the schedule for Monday that dr jazwari wasn’t available that day. Nobody told me I found this out by asking about the covid test. I also already took time off from work and so did my ride. I also was two days into bridging off warfarin. After I told the scheduler how frustrated I was I was put on hold and then added to another doctors schedule. Same day different time so I let my ride know. The next day they changed the time to 1.5 earlier so I once again let my ride know it changed again. Very disorganized scheduling, poor communication. this place is set up to get you out as fast as they can. You wake up have some juice then get out. They don’t verify your warfarin bridging brought your INR down to a safe level, they assume you followed the pharmacists instructions. I won’t be going back in the future I’ll try The Oregon Clinic West next time. BTW you’ll hear from their billers about how much you’ll owe before you get a call back from anyone else. Drs. Buehler and Jazrawi are dismissive and arrogant.

This is so easy it is right in front of the front doors. It makes you think you need a pass to get out. But you don't it is just gated to restrict traffic going into the parking lot :-) I highly recommend this place I went there for the first time the other day. I am so glad I finally found them.

We do not do lab work at our GI office. Please reach out to the provider's office who ordered the tests to confirm there isn't testing requirements prior to your arrival. I recommend using the patient portal or calling directly to their office. Have a great rest of your day!!
