Dr. Nilsen is amazing! She listens and gives the best advice, and is truly the best Primary Doc I've had, and most of our interactions were remote! I'm sadly having to end my coverage with Kaiser because my employer is changing the company insurance plan to Cigna. I am truly bummed and I should be so lucky to find another doctor who is half as competent as Dr. Brit Nilsen!
Dazed Confused
Urgent care staff does not care about patients. Very rude and will take back patients who came in after before you even though you’re crying in pain. This staff needs to learn time management and how to follow a que.

I'm a new patient w Kaiser, and from the get-go the consolidated health care services, clean facilities, kind staff, and all the plants! Their thrive initiative is wonderful in execution too. Grateful to now be a Kaiser patient!

Great parking. Labs ordered same day and done. In and out 15 minutes. Doctors office responsive with scheduling results appointment two days later. Excellent all around and pleasant experience today.

Yes. They are open 7 days a week Monday - Friday, 8AM to 10PM Saturday and Sunday, 9AM -6PM They're also open on holidays.
Kaiser's nurse treatment rooms offer shingles shots.
Just go ahead and call the number on the back of your membership card and ask to speak to mental Health and then ask for a new psychiatrist it's that easy to do. You do not need to call membership services just call Mental Health Services and say that your relationship is not working out with your psychiatrist and you want a new one it is that simple within the Kaiser system.
My wife and I use mail script and have not had a problem
It's in the east chef de loach has it right
Yes in the covered parking garage on main floor next to the elevators
Monday-Friday 8am-9pm Saturday/Sunday 9am-6pm There's East/South/Central, all with labs of varying hours, but they're all connected.
It's the same
Yes
I log on my phone to the KP app. I assume you can download it to your computer as well. A few minutes before the telemed log on and go to that appointment. Your provider will join you.
Thanks Andrew. Took care of all of it at Kaiser South.
Either in covered parking area or the second entrance way
Yes. The pharmacy is still closed to public so they have a pick up area where they will send someone in to retrieve your prescriptions and hand deliver them to your car
No, Sunnyside in Clackamas does.
7:30am
There are 2x labs at the Kaiser interstate campus. East building lab is only open until 5pm M-F. South building lab opens at 3pm/closes by 10pm M-F, opens 9am/closes by 6pm weekends.
There are two check in areas on the first/ground floor. One is at the North side of the building and the other is in middle where the hallway to connect to South interstate building is. All appointment check ins are on the first/ground floor.
It's open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Pharmacy is open at the same time Urgent Care is on weekends and holidays; and weekday nights. It's open weekends from 9am-6pm. In East location but you'll need to enter through adjoining South building after hours incl. Weekends, evenings and holidays
Yes... in the Central Interstate building on the 3rd floor
Not at the Interstate location, only urgent care
I went last year to East Kaiser in the basement and they had a retinal screening place but I don't know if it's still there
Normally drug tests are paid for by your employer. I've heard they're expensive, around $300 but can't confirm that.
Yes they are during Urgent Care hours which were from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday and holidays
Bite your apple
You won't at any time. I had to look up a definition of the word, Margie. The 3 most likely: a supercomputer - not at Kaiser; a type of lobster - not at Kaiser; finally, a colloquialism that is used that is not definable as in "he's cray" - might be heard in conversation at Kaiser - my belief is that it is not medical terminology.
I have had most of my eye surgeries at Kaiser Permanente Interstate hospital..
Hours: open 7 days, including holidays Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m
