Do not recommend. They schedule follow up appointments before the actual procedure is performed, ask ‘what day works best for you’ knowing that the Dr. is only available 2 days of the week, are 30+ minutes late for scheduled appointments and make assumptions about risk factors without evidence. I am so disappointed in my experience. If you want to be treated with compassion and respect, go somewhere else.

I was able to get an appointment quickly, and PA Rachel was amazing. My insurance had recently changed and the staff that called me were so fast and efficient at getting the new information updated. Rachel really listened to my problems and actually acknowledged them and came up with a plan to help. This was the first time in a long time that I actually felt listened to and cared about.

The doctor rushed me through so fast I could barely get in a sentence. I had a list of about 8 things I wanted to sit down and talk about with a medical professional and instead I was seen for maybe 10 minutes by the doctor. She told me I needed to go to 3 different specialists and then handed me one scribbled down phone number. I have no idea which specialist this number is for and I have no information on the other two. This experience made me feel like an inconvenience and I was not given any chance to really talk. I’ll be finding a new primary care office.
