Recycling was never picked up on scheduled day. Driver missed whole street. Filed a complaint and received an email about the missed Recycling. They claim it was now picked up. Checked Recycling bin left out on curb as well as neighbors. As you would guess, no one picked up the Recycling for the whole street. We are paying high prices for garbage service, yet they are not able to do there job. Now tomorrow will garbage day. Almost a week later and just a whole bunch of lazy liars.

Upped the monthly cost for apartment trash service to 100$ a month. Company is a joke. A year later still 100$ and they can't even keep the recycling from overflowing

Called last Monday requesting new service and was told it would take ONE WEEK to get new bins. Really??? It’s now the following Monday. Still no bins and will have to potentially wait another 2 days for them. I asked the lady why the service is horrendous and she blamed it on Covid. Give me a break. Greenwaste deliver their bins asap, on the day you call. But Republic service can’t manage a week?? Why are they even servicing a bigger city out here.

Called to get a larger trash bin. They took the old one, without notifying me there was a delay in getting me a new can. Called the day after they took my smaller can, they said I would get my new can the following week. Left me a week without trash service. [Update] Now they still have not delivered this larger trash can. It is three days past the date the bin was to be delivered. I'm afraid I will not have trash service for two weeks. Really hit or miss on the professionalism over the phone, some are really nice, others not so much.
