Best gym in rockland!! EXTREMELY CLEAN, friendly staff!! Weight section is great- members have respect for the gym because the staff is respectful!!! Things are always where they should be which is a huge plus if you’re in a time crunch- you always know where to find it!

Hi! Yes, we do have a Sauna and a Steam Room, but are currently unable to open them due to restrictions set in place by NY State due to Covid. We are looking forward to opening them once the restrictions are lifted.
