This gym is amazing!!! One of the greatest staff I've seen at the gym. They're clean and they keep their equipment in good shape. I would have never done personal training, especially for that price, but the team here is top shelf. Pedro and Sam are a heaven sent. I feel like I'm getting into the best shape of my life and these two have played a great role so far.....their knowledge is deep and these guys are professionals!! I'm sure the other PTs are good but I'm just speaking from experience. Highly recommended!!

Got a guest pass to try it out. Why do I have to leave my driver license at the front desk while working out on guest pass?? I though signed waiver is enough to cover all the liabilities?

Great gym location it would be great if they had towel service at the front desk even if it was 1 or 2 towels per guest the bathrooms could be a little cleaner. I would personally pay extra for this but you can't really beat it in Paramus

My experience at LA Fitness - Paramus has been amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful, the machines and weights are well maintained, and it's a clean facility. For a little over a year, I've been using their personal trainer, Sam, who has been very impactful and helpful with meeting my fitness goals. I recommend going with him if you need P.T. Their gym manager, Pedro, is nothing but supportive and thorough with all questions and concerns regarding fitness and the gym. For those who left negative reviews, it's not his fault you couldn't read where it said "you have 3 days to cancel". Keep it real with him and he'll return the favor. I would definitely recommend this gym!
