Seriously considering going with another phone service. Cricket is being too greedy, they even charge you to MAKE PAYMENTS on your monthly service in store or by phone. Shame on you, Cricket.

Lady was just sitting there listening to music, didn’t say hi when we went into the store. Had an attitude. And non of the phones had labels saying what they were or any information about them. Was literally just a phone strapped to a table. 0/10 would not recommend going to this cricket.

Been going to these guys for years and they're always so patient and helpful. I hope the staff gets paid well and taken care of. Phone selection isn't game-changing but they're affordable, and you can bring any unlocked phone to them anyway so no big deal.
