This location (manager Michael) refused to provide a service even though it was an emergency situation where a phone was needed right away(wanted to buy a new phone right away), and before closing. Never had this type of issue with the previous manager. Do NOT recommend this location. The customer is NOT their priority!!!

Krystal was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful to provide solutions and advice for my particular needs. By far the best sales and customer service I've ever experienced from a wireless carrier. I definitely recommend her and her 10+ years of experience in the industry.

If its through the same company. I know with my at&t phones I couldn't get it unlocked without calling at&t. If your carrier is through Verizon they should be able too.
