I purchased tires from Rim Tyne maybe about 2-3 years ago, the tires are still good but some how I develop a small leak around the rim. I bring it back to them didn’t even mention that I purchased the tires from them and they fixed it with no charge I thought that was awesome I believe that I couldn’t get that from no one else after 2-3 years. Thanks Rimtyme you’re the best👍🏾

Bad place to go they let the employees leave lugs nuts off your wheels and then drive it and the wheel came off and damaged my truck now they refuse to pay for what they did they mess up your stuff don’t go here this place isn’t a good place to go cost you more money than what the wheels are worth

Stopped in last Friday and asked if they had time the next day to mount a 2 sets of wheels and tires. He said bring them by now if you want. So I did and they had both sets mounted and balanced in less than 2 hours. Super nice group of guys and they did great work. Will continue to use them for my wheel/tire needs!

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! This place is absolutely the worst I’ve ever dealt with! Inquired about wheels online, received a call and went to look and decided to purchase. After about 24 hours the rim that was placed on the back would not hold air in the tire. Went back and was informed they were used wheels which we were NOT told at the time of purchase! Found out the wheel had a crack on the inside and they refused to fix or replace the rim. We had to find a place to fix the wheel ourselves, ended up finding out all the wheels had cracks from them being hit on curbs so much. Cost over $400 to get them all fixed. We always paid even if it was a day or so late. Hit a small bind and reached out and was told they would absolutely not take a partial payment if it wasn’t paid in full they were sending someone to jack up our vehicle and take the wheels off. The manager is absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with and I’m a store manager myself!!! I would never intentionally slander a business if they were helpful and respectful to their customers but for the manager to tell me that he would not help one single bit was very disheartening. They can clearly see that no matter what they’ve always been paid. They do not care about their customers or the money spent to fix wheels they sold without giving full disclosure! I will never recommend these people to anyone!
