Today was the third time in approximately a month that I had to go in with issues with my car. The first one was a basic inspection type visit, the next one I had an alert on my car saying there was an issue with the tires. I called and they got me in the same day checked my tires and found there was not a problem with any of my tires. Today I had to go in for what I thought was a mechanical issue but it turned out it was something that could be fixed very easily. Everyone there was extremely helpful, they fixed the issue within about 30 minutes and did not charge me anything for the visit. I will continue to go to them with all of my car issues.

Mixed reaction. First time coming back to this location since Parrish takeover. Had a flat tire and Craig took good care taking it ordering a new one getting it to nearby body sop while I was gone over the weekend working. The problem was when I came in Monday to pay for it. Five people up front and I’m only person at counter. Not one of those people even acknowledged I was there as they fiddled at one register. Finally a guy in the way back asked me if I had been helped. I have gone here for years for tires oil changes etc. This place is a shell of what it used to be. A ghost town compared to what it used to be showing me my customer service issues are a shared problem. The Clemmonsville store has much much better service.

First Time Getting My Car Serviced Here And I Have 2Say I Found A New HOME!! They Young Lady Megan Who Works The Front Is Simply Amazing!! Her Customer Service Is Tha Best She Was Super Helpful And Kept Me Relaxed During A Stressful Time! I Was Referred To Parrish By My Sister Who Gets Her Family Verticals Serviced Here And I Can't Believe She's Been Hiding This Place From Me!🤣 Some Of The Best If Not The Best Customer Service Around Winston Salem! Thank You Guy For Your Help And Service!!!!!

I have bought tires at Parrish/Mock Tire of Southpark for many years and have always been impressed with both their service and prices. Both my Jeep and Chrysler have always been dealership maintained however. I was so impressed with Parrish Tire's honesty, competence, and can-do attitude that I have decided to let them do the maintenance and service on my Chrysler and Jeep as well as the tires. I have not run into anything they can't handle and have always been impressed with their automotive knowledge and honesty. This is a garage worth 5 stars.
