This guy broke the OBD2 port after we just got it fixed to pass the insoection because of how hard he try’s to Ram the scanner in then he try’s to say it isn’t his fault

My Aunt needed tires, so she went this shop. (Since 2012) She brought 2-new tires. When I saw the car, it was raised in the front like a monster truck. WellDoneAuto, put the wrong size new tire on her car. Upon further inspection; ALL the tires were wrong. When I confronted the owner, his initial response was “she should have noticed before she left.” I CALMLY replied “You are the mechanic, that’s what YOU are supposed to do” At this point he sheepishly attempted to up-sale me on 2 additional tires to replace the remaining wrong tires that THEY put on weeks before. I reluctantly agreed, because she needs tires. HE ONLY HAD 3!!! Well Done? No. Overcooked & burning. Find someplace else.
