I took my vehicle on for a possible recall issue after receiving a letter from Subaru that the recall existed. Not only did they not fix my recall issue since they claimed not to have the part, they presented a long list of items that they claimed needed to be fixed on the car. A trip to my personal mechanic afterwards proved that most of this repairs did not need to be done. Also, when we told the Service Adviser that we would not be having them complete any repairs, he became visibly frustrated. It then took almost an hour to get my car back in my possession. If you need service from a Subaru dealership, do not go to this one. Make the trip to Capital Subaru in Greensboro.

Four years ago when I was first looking to purchase a Subaru, working with Flow was a bitter disappointment that led me to buy from another dealership. Fast forward to the present, and things have completely turned around, and the purchase of my 2021 WRX on Friday was the easiest and most pleasant buying experience I have had in the past 15 years. Leon at the dealership is an absolute gem, and his level of communication and professionalism is unrivaled. He understood and took to heart the poor experience we had in the past at Flow, and respected us as serious buyers who would be purchasing that day either from him, or a competitor. Needless to day, we were completely won over, and it is rare to have someone in sales that truly listens to his customers wants and needs. The General Manager (Kelly) was likewise a pleasure to work with and made the process very simple and straight forward. She understood both what we were looking for from our 2018 trade-in, as well as pricing on the 2021. There were no lengthy back and forth negotiations just simple straight forward pricing at present market value. In 2017, I walked away from Flow as a dissatisfied customer and became a client of a competitive dealership in the area. Four years later I can say with confidence that Flow has not only surpassed my expectations, but has significantly raised the bar for any Subaru dealership experience in the future.
