I called to inquire about requesting citizenship and when the woman answered the phone she said, “you need to talk fast I have customers.” When I asked how to make a request she told me to email them and they would send information on how to complete the process. After her reply I asked if the email was available on the website to which she replied, “ya ya” in a very rushed tone and hung up. overall it was a very rude and discouraging experience.

Easily my (and my dad's) favorite embassy to visit on the EU Open House Day! Very friendly and welcoming, lovely costumes, beautiful inside, delicious food... The band visited everyone in line, and staff handed out water, which saved us from fainting in the hot weather. We are inspired to visit Croatia within the next 5 years!

Dear I'm looking for my father's great-aunt, who allegedly arrived in America around 1900. No one in the family knows where and since then all trace of her has been lost. Could we find out where she lived and where she was buried.
