I always get exceptional customer service and quality tires at a fair price from the folks at Discount Tire. Yesterday I waited on a new set of tires to be put on and was touched by and impressed with what I saw. A lady came in with an oxygen tank. Absorbed in my book, I didn't even notice when she came through the door, but Roberto (who was working at the desk) DID. He rushed over to help her, which kept her from having to walk any distance across the showroom. The customer sat down and Robert sat beside her to find out what she needed. He went out of his way to help, was respectful, friendly and kind. People like Roberto and places like Discount Tire inspire customer loyalty. They set high standards. Other businesses would do well to follow their example.

Currently here. Came here to get my tire checked because it keeps going flat. They had me wait so long. They also had people keep coming after me and their cars go straight to the bay, and there I was, still waiting. They claim one person had an appt but there were like 4 people that came in after me. Then when they finally took my car back to the bay, they just had my the tire jacked up, just sitting there and them not doing anything. I guess because I’m not spending much, if any, they didn’t want to prioritize me. I bought my tires here and also purchased a warranty on all tires so I expect them to treat me fairly and do their jobs.
