Literally some of the worst customer service around. Failed leadership from the top has set USPS employees up for failure. Amazon….please take over the mail delivery service! USPS, like most government ran organizations are outdated and simply inefficient in a modern society. #firstworldproblems

The dirtiest location I have ever been to. The employee walked right past 2 trash cans overflowing with garbage on the floor and everywhere. The clerks are not the nicest . They talk down to the customers. I truly understand we are all under staffed everywhere but you still don’t need to treat customers badly.?

Dear USPS clerk behind the counter. Please know that I came in there today to drop off two prepaid packages for return. Please also understand that I have been told to open the drop off door in the past and put packages in the bin beyond the door threshold. I was completely startled by your response to me in front of 30+ customers when you said, “ I know you aren’t opening that door on camera!” You gave me a look like I had personally offended you, and you made me feel humiliated. I made an innocent mistake and apologized to you. Thankfully the clerk behind the drop off door took my packages right away with a smile. I hope your day gets better and I hope you are able to smile today. You never know what people are going through so always be kind.
