I would like to give a shout out to Yvonne at the Glen Burnie office for her patience and being so courtesy to me. I came in on the day before taxes were due and paid 9 tax bills, she handled my situation very quickly and waited on the backed up line very well while working alone! Thank you!

If I could give less than one star I would.. I tried to pay my property taxes with the online payment system provided by the state/county. Very cumbersome system. After entering all my info into the system it finally said "paid" and I got a confirmation number.. 2 days later, I got an email that said the payment was rejected.. Plenty of $$ in the account. I called the Tax Office.. After waiting 45 min I was hung up on. I called back and after 35min of waiting on hold I finally spoke with a representative.. I explained the situation and she had no clue what the issue was. Put me on hold for another 15 min and came back with no information other then "You can come to the office and give us a check." Ugh. I expect this out of a mickey mouse operation but the State of Maryland?? I want to pay you (State of Maryland)thousands of $$ and you treat me like this and wonder why people get angry??

I happen to call 3/24 in the morning when it was not as busy and was connected right away to Camil and she very pleasant and helpful. She walked me through the change of address and billing process.
