Please keep all receipts for any bill paid to Pivot. These Pivot heisters can't determine if they've been paid or not and won't work with you. I paid the TrICARE co-pays for all my families visit, but I'm still dealing with corporate and their TSI Collection Agency. I've provided bank records. Hours on the phone. The reps agree I have paid everything, but they can't get it to compute in their accounting system. Extortion without any guarantees!
