Letters of administration are the documents that give the executor of the estate permission to handle the business.
First you need to be appointed Executive of Estate. If you are the only one who is a benificiary that should be very straight forward. If not, you need all other benificiaries to sign a form giving you authority over the estate. Bring in a death certificate and proof of what the deceased owns and owes. After some paperwork you will recieve 12 free certified letters of administration. You must pay for any other copies at the register of wills.
