The sign on the door says open at 9:00 AM and they did not open until 10:00 AM. Needed some stamps and they didn't have any. There was only one attendant when they did open and there were 7 people in line. Not a very well run government office.

Horrendous. There was an incorrect mail forward placed on my address and it's been a nightmare to resolve. The USPS national office told me to call the Annex to have them stop forwarding mail and packages. Try getting a hold of somewhere there. No one answers...ever. Now all my mail and packages are being marked as lost. This is so frustrating and no one at the USPS seems willing to help. I wish I could tell people to not send anything via them (especially packages). I've spent many hours calling to get refunded and deal with other lost mail.

I operate a busy law firm that is supposed to receive its daily mail from this distribution center. My complaint is that when our regular carrier has a day off, the distribution center does not provide a substitute carrier. Friday last week the carrier was off and we received no mail. The building does not have weekend service and Monday was Labor Day so no mail. On Tuesday, our carrier was off again and again there was no substitute carrier, thus no mail. On Wednesday we had a huge dump of 5 days worth of mail. This is not fair to our regular carrier and it is not fair to all of the businesses in my building. This mail contains time sensitive payments, court orders, invoices and other important correspondence. My staff is now working on five days worth of mail all at once when that work should have been spread out over a number of days. I called the distribution center twice right before posting this and the phone rang approximately 10 times and then disconnected. They cant even answer the phone? This is not how the postal service is supposed to work. If this distribution center was a private business it would have gone out of business already. My grand parents both worked for the postal service and they would be rolling in their graves if they heard about this. I am not confident that the Post Master at this location will respond to this review. However I would like someone to call me. We actually answer our phones. Sincerely, one dissatisfied "customer".

Put in for a change of address again then change again or you could ask to hold it's of your choice
The holiday season tends to mess up, More than you would expect in regards to how the postal service runs . The demand more than doubled in the last 2 weeks
