I like my 1 bedroom apt. The river view is beautiful! The new staff are very nice and they work hard daily keeping the bldg and grounds nice!

The Cat Who Saw You Naked
Decent enough, except there are people who must be throwing a party or something down the other hallway on my floor. I thought the people across from me were the ones making noise, the people down the other hallway are so loud it sounds like it's coming from near my door. All day long there are people loitering in the hallway near my door, and I tried confronting the neighbors about it, and would either give a fake apology and continue the noise later, ignore me, claim to not know English, or be straight up rude to me after politely asking them to keep the noise down. I am now not allowed to even ask neighbors to keep the noise down, because apparently it's causing me to be "targeted", I have to write down offenses and tell them so they can look for them on the security camera. Anyone thinking of moving here and likes any kind of peace and quiet, do yourselves a favor and move to Cedars of Chili or some other suburban apartment instead. There is one saving grace. They are trying to get more community things going on for tenants, which is nice. But as a lover of peace and quiet, I find myself having to apply for an apartment elsewhere before I have a stress attack.

This place is a bismal to reside in. You will probably have to deal with disrespectful neighbors, staff, and other tenants. People like to slam doors for whatever reason, I don't know if it is because they're retarded or whatever the case may be. People also like to make noise and use the laundry rooms during quiet hours. And the office staff can sometimes be rude and have an attitude problem. I've had that experience also, people talking to me like I'm their child. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I liked it at first when I moved in in the fall of 2016, then things started going downhill the following spring. It turned from a quiet and enjoyable place into a ghetto place. This place is terrifying. It's income based, but even that is not worth it. If I could rate it a 0/5 I would. This place sucks. Don't move here.
