It's a nice environment for the physically challenged

Moved in June 3 and so far couldn't ask for a nicer place. Remodeled new kitchen and bath.I have met nice people so far. Also they have opted to place solar on the 2 buildings that have flat roofs. I like that.

Description says lodging but it's not a hotel. 55+ community, my uncle lives here. Great old architectural elements, a pond and on the edge of the river. Also on bus line. It can be seen on the right while going from downtown up to Charlotte beach via lake Ave.

Questions & Answers

Why are there people trying to diss this beautiful building? Obviously someone with an axe to grind with the place, possibly people who were evicted. This is why reviews are sometimes a bad thing. Gorgeous building, beautiful grounds.
