Since I’ve been a resident here at Spectra Apartments I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The management is always professional and provides outstanding customer service including the maintenance team. Anytime I have an issue, they are addressed in a quick manner and is always resolved. The amenities, hallways, and elevators here are very reliable and always kept clean. It’s super convenient living here since it’s DT and near transit. Lastly, my apartment is amazing, my studio apartment window view is extraordinary! Living here is a dream honestly. A true blessing. I’m super appreciative of this living experience. I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

The staff is the reason why I’m leaving a 1 star review. They were very unprofessional, and they like to waste your time. They took forever to respond to emails, and when they did, my questions were never fully answered. It’s a lot of unnecessary back and forth communication. I set up an appointment specifically to speak to the manager, but was called to reschedule for a different day because the manager wasn’t going to be there. After rescheduling, I show up with my wife just to end up talking to someone else that isn’t the manager. Why have me reschedule then? The individual who we ended up speaking with was very unprofessional. They explained why we didn’t qualify for the $1400 unit, which was fine. However, they proceeded to tell us there was another unit that is $480 more expensive at Liberty Lofts. Why would I be interested in a more expensive unit when I was trying to qualify for a less expensive one? I told her we weren’t interested because it was more expensive and didn’t offer the same amenities. She responded with “ well no one is forcing you to live there”. Did she forget that Sibley has apartments for over $2000 a unit and that her staff is the one that recommended Liberty Lofts in the first place? The whole comment was just unnecessary and unprofessional. I don’t recommend this complex to anyone solely because you will have a headache when dealing with the incompetence of the staff.

Beware. Security was extremely rude by phone when I needed genuine help trying to find out who to contact for my scheduled virtual tour that the office was late for. I had two virtual tours set up: the first one, no one called or sent an email, so it was a no-show. After I complained by voicemail and by text, I was advised to schedule a second appointment in which someone named Sean advised he would “take a video of the property and email it to me”. Two days and two conversations with Sean later, and still no video that he claims to have been “too big for email, so he’ll continue to try to resend.” I’ve had to contact the office MULTIPLE times to try to get the basics of what I need for a VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT! Something that is supposed to be very simple! Very disgusted, and will not try to work with this company again.
