I spend about two and a half years living in this building, and let me tell you- this is literally the best apartment ever in downtown Rochester, NY. Sam, the building manager and Lauren, the landlord care so much about their tenants; they always responded my requests/emails within a day and they are SOOOOO professional. The view from the apartment is great, the apartment itself is AMAZING, the price is not high at all based on what you get, and the maintenance guy is always there to help you with everything; the front desk is also there helping you 24/7. I can’t be more satisfied with my stay at the Metropolitan. I LOVED EVERY SINGLE PERSON WORKING FOR THE TENANTS! I literally can’t think of anything that I could complain about! My past stay at the Met was literally 1000/10 and I wish I didn’t have to move at all! (The amenities include gym, bicycle storage, mail room, Chase bank &ATM and more!) I hope everyone who work here the best and I’d like to thank everyone for being so nice and so caring and so professional about their work! Lots of love!
