Their staff is extremely disrespectful. Their management is the epitome of a counterproductive poor excuse of an overzealous title. They need to be retrained and taught proper communication before any of their staff continues calling themselves manager or anything of the like. They look down on you and speak to you as if you're their 3rd child. It's embarrassing in the grand scope of things and they need a humbling reality check. They can not keep staff because their management is terrible. They can't get good management because of budgeting issues so they hire untrained undisciplined adolescents who behave like college drop outs. I would read the reviews before I ever give them my sensitive information. It is very clear that you can not trust them with personal information required on applications as their unprifessional staff have access and will use your information without your permission. At this rate they have a lawsuit on their hands and they will wish they spent a little more on some halfway decent staff.

where do we begin? the care and service given by tricity was great! until we signed our lease. the moment we got locked in we were treated so unprofessionally. there was a switch blade in our lawn- OPEN! I have a service dog- he almost stepped onto the blade! the office said "sorry to hear about it." and left it at that. I had someone stalk me back to my apartment and left the day after- and i mean packed my bags and left. we let the office know that day we left and werent coming back. we recieved several calls after asking us to be out of the apartment by august (we left in may). the day we moved out the maintenance guys said they would remove our couch at no charge- and that was great of them to say! they then charged our deposit 70 to remove it and when we let them know when and exactly who the office gaslit me the entire time! "no they wouldnt have said that" ma'am we literally spoke to them. gave full description of what the man looked like and the vehicle he drove and they CONTINUED to gaslight us. The day we left they called my parents (cosigners) to let them know that I was still responsible for the payments. NOT ME - they called them! they dont even live in the state! the laundry list is so long and the complex is so unprofessional as a whole. i am so glad we left. -heaven

The best housing community ever! It's not fancy or newly constructed but the maintenance is fantastic. The staff is so nice and welcoming and they actually care for the residents. The best thing is they put the money in the apartments. Haven't had 1 bad experience during my 2year stay here. Highly recommend.

Entertainment Center. 100%♿️ accessibility. Beautiful, large entertaining room for their residents' availability with only a refundable security deposit. Small kitchen area with large commercial glass door refrigerator & ice cube machine, too. Bright, with glass wall of windows & doors adjacent to the pool area. Small "dance floor" in the middle with many tables & chairs, coat room & nice bathrooms. Was perfect for the small family wedding we had. Really nicely maintained, landscaped large urban complex.
