Horrible customer service handling my package. Delivery guy did not even contact me upon arrival. I had to check my tracking number to check what was going on with my package.

I'm the sender and my 2 packages have been sitting at this facility for almost a week! My customer is waiting for them. I call the number to try to find out what's going on and am put into an endless loop. When requesting an actual person to speak with the system hangs up on me. UPS has gotten increasingly bad with deliveries. They also have damaged so many packages.

You.put your mail on hold through the USPS or the United States Postal Sevicre. Not United Parcel Sevice. They don't handle your regular mail.
Yes call the number in the back of the info notice and tell them that u want to will call it and go pick it up
