I am highly disgusted at the moment. The lack of care and attention to the phones and voicemails are utterly ridiculous. My sons surgery was done on 6/9/22. His follow up was supposed to be a month later. But due to the secretary of his surgeon NEVER answering the phones. That never happened. And his healing process is now off track. Calling to speak to a supervisor is pointless. So now I’ll be calling my lawyer smh.

This place needs to shut down! The doctor doesn’t care about any patients. Can’t get anyone on the phone at all. If they are too busy then they shouldn’t run a practice, let alone have a license if customer care isn’t even possible. This place is a SCAM for money. They get you in to see you for the money to then basically abandon you or they tell you to call a number that does nothing for you an as a patient while you are basically being shunned. Don’t even waste your time with patient portal! That’s just their excuse to be able to ignore you. They don’t care if you’re crying from pain or if your injury has caused you to not be able to work anymore.
