Unhelpful. Went to get passport photo at the Eastport Post Office, after making an appointment online as instructed. But when I got there I was told the camera "was down." A waste of my time, and USPS should have alerted me that this USPS branch could not do passport photos at this time. I could have made an appointment elsewhere.

Even when you are completely prepared (packages addressed and sealed, credit card ready, etc) employees treat you like trash and an inconvenience. I found myself apologizing for even being there
