Best store in the country. However, you can never find enough assistance from the Home Depot crew to help provide guidance with your home improvement problem. Update 6/10: Still the best store in the country. Wish i could go more often and wish more countries worldwide had stores like this.

Very bad service. We ordered a washing machine last month, first time to deliver, it came the wrong one so they setup second delivery after two weeks. Yesterday I was supposed to get it and stayed home all day waiting and calling driver but he hanged up on me and told them we are not home. Unfortunately we still haven't received our washing machine and now they put a second date for next week. Drivers lying all time and no management to direct them.

Yesterday I rented a box truck from this location. I noticed there was a gentlemen painting the tool rental areas walls he must have been asked a dozen or more questions about the store and tool rentals and had answer for everyone. It was very impressive. While painting the walls of tool rental area maybe 6-7 people including myself asked him for help and I was only there for 15 mins. I was very impressed. I wish everyone at Home Depot was as helpful as this gentlemen. I did not get his name though
