Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I am a customer of the Enterprise co. I rented a car from them many times. They have a good rental car service👍. But, they are still not solving my issue with their branch at Hackensack, nj. I paid before renting the car by charging me from my debit card NOT the credit card , and then i surprised that they charged me again after returning the car.🙄 I didn't get any explanation for their action. The stuff of Enterprise told me it was a hold on my card..but i checked with my bank account and they found a payment transaction on my account NoT a hold. Your reply is highly appreciated.

Extremely professional and courteous. Not sure what has changed in the past couple of years, but the time it takes to get into a car from when you arrive at the rental car location has been reduced drastically. It was so efficient. I had made a reservation the evening before and i was in a car within a minute of arriving. Keep up the good work.

I cannot express what a great experience my son and I experienced with this driving school. My son went with another driving school before finding Enterprise and immediately I saw the difference. Brandy who was my sons instructor was so patient, kind , and very knowledgeable. My son passed his driving license test , bc of Brandy . Jennifer the receptionist is very polite in answering all questions. She’s beyond kind . Thank you Enterprise !

Enterprise Rental Car in hackensack was awesome. The car was ready when I arrived. The rental process took about 10 minutes if that much. The representatives were helpful and professional. I was able to swap out the previous car when I had an issue. I called several times and each representative was attentive to my needs and I was able to extend my rental. I only use enterprise rental and I recommend them for anyone else as well.
