I was in New Orleans a while ago in early October when I came across this historic hotel that was all lit up while walking back to the hotel I was staying at. A employee noticed us checking it out. He was very friendly and even explained the history and showed us a few things in the place.

It's allegedly haunted, but I experienced nothing out of the ordinary during the 2 nights I stayed there.
Not in the hotel, there is a balcony in the second floor where you can smoke
No coffee in the room, but they have coffee available in the mornings next to the office.
