Positive: The receptionist at 7am in the morning was the kindest and most helpful person I ever came across from any hotel I have stayed. Negative: They did not serve breakfast. It would have been a great plus if they did. But the fee coffee okay.

This hotel is closed for renovation!! DO NOT BOOK HERE. You will arrive and be very disappointed. They didn’t even have the decency to tell people or turn off the ability to book a room. FIND ANOTHER HOTEL!

If your reservation is through ParkSleepFly.com cancel it now! They took my money and made reservations here even though it was closed!!! I arrived late at night to a closed hotel. And this is not a good part of town. PARKSLEEPFLY,com did not help that night, nor have they responded to any emails since then.
The hotel had fire damage. So they are in the middle of renovation right now. There is no exact day when the hotel will reopen as of yet.
