Got a bill for almost $500 after moving out due to carpet stains and removal. The apartment is 800 sq ft, the greed from Parr Investments is unreal! Yes there were stains, but not almost $500 worth of stains in a 800 sq ft apartment. Gates were never closed, yet the rent is higher than the nearby apartments owned by Parr Investments? Apartments are not worth $1,000 in rent when you don’t even have a overhead light in the living room. I’ll pay $1,000 for a better apartment that doesn’t have cheap appliances and isn’t outdated. New staff almost every month, staff is very nice but circling back this seems to be an issue inside of Parr Investments. Especially if you can’t keep staff. Even the maintenance people were new and when I moved in I was told the original maintenance and staff was employed there for a while. That just shows that this is an internal issue with once again Parr Investments. I will never rent any apartment or even consider looking at an apartment that is owned by Parr Investments. If you’re considering living here, keep looking. You’ll find a better apartment.

Very disappointed after looking at this apartment complex. The property looks great and the apartment was very nice but the property manager was horrible! Dorissa was initially pleasant but by the end of our conversation she was talking down to me but appeared to be flirting with my husband. She was dressed very inappropriately for the position with a low cut shirt. We had been here several months ago prior to selling our home and everyone was so nice and professional. They should really rethink their choice in management!!!

Lived here for almost 2 years. I felt welcomed from the very first day. Very safe and quiet neighborhood & it’s located near the mall and many other stores which made it convenient. I never had any issues & the leasing office staff were always nice.

I lived here for 1.5 years and by far the customer service is the best I've experienced when it comes to renting. The staff is very attentive. They address big and small concerns in a discreet manner. The grounds are well maintained as well as the pool area. The community is quiet, you cant beat the price and the location for a gated community. If I had to rent in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate!
