There is a ton of misinformation and fad diets out there that are exhausting and discouraging to wade through. If you are in a slump and having trouble staying motivated in fitness and healthy dieting, I highly recommend ILKB. The community is fun and engaging, the coaches are friendly and happy to help, and there is always a fun challenge to participate in to help you reach your goals. The 6 week challenge they offer not only got me great results (I lost about 20lbs!) but helped me change my tastes and outlook on food to create sustainable, healthier choices in my nutrition so the results aren't temporary!

One of the best gyms in Jacksonville if you’re looking for a challenge, group workout, great interactive instructors, fun and a great community. I haven’t actually missed working out in awhile so I’m greatful for investing in this place, really has help me find my peace and sense of urge at something again. I highly recommend. This gym will not disappoint!!!
