Had a missed call from a number ended up being Tom from Liberty, took the opportunity to reschedule my appointment with him , was told to call the main office. Called the main office , got tom, who then hung up on me when i said i needed to reschedule. Called back and all he said was "yup got you canceled, 10:00" Extremely unprofessional and extremely unorganized The response below is not correct. I was not told to call back on saturday and the phone didn't go dead, it hung up. I don't appreciate your response of putting it on me. You are extremely unprofessional and i will make sure to spread the word. If your phone calls are recorded, i'd suggest going back and listening to the calls to help refresh your memory.

AARP volunteers are at the local library. They do simple tax forms at no charge.
Liberty Tax San Jose office does participate in the Cash in a Flash National Promotion. Every paid personal tax filing receives $50 cash. The promotion runs from early January until mid-February.
