My boat was in their drydock area for awhile. Now in a wet slip. Great people work there. Family style business. They rent out houseboats and pontoon boats. Fuel dock with non-ethanol gas. Pump out station. Small general store. Ice. Fuel is ethanol free. Been here over 2 years. Nice place to live aboard or weekend. Ice cream bars in freezer.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at Holly Bluff and St. Johns River all the employees were just the absolute best a great stay and a great trip we willbe back I already miss it and just got back home to Ohio Sunday I cannot thank you all enough sincerely the Martin Family

Hello Cindi, We do allow pets for a $15 per day pet fee. Keep in mind this is the St. Johns River so you must keep a close eye on your pet and keep it out of the water to avoid any alligator encounters. Also, it can be challenging to get the pet ashore to do its business. If the pet is puppy pad trained, that makes things easier for sure. Hi Sharon, Our ramp is open to the public, however we do charge a $10 launch fee and $10 per day to store your truck/trailer. This fee was necessary to make sure we have enough parking for our houseboat rental customers. Space is limited so if you want to launch here we recommend you call to ensure we can accommodate you. Hi Jim, We have 7 different boats. The smallest boat sleeps up to 4 and the largest boat sleeps up to 10. All have different pricing for the packages offered. Yes when the generator is running, but some rooms have fans already installed. I have never been uncomfortable on their boats.
You can go as far North as Jacksonville.
